PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER IF YOU CANNOT WAIT.

All orders require processing time before shipment.

Processing Time: 2–3 business days to process, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays.

Order Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order fulfillment notification. Shortly after your order has been packed and is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Order Cancellations: Once your order has been processed, cancellations are not permitted. If you wish to request a refund, you must follow our refund policy.

Please allow the full processing time before contacting us about your order. Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time. Thank you for your patience and for supporting our business!

Please contact Finest Extensions within 48 hours of delivery to request a return.

Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

We may request photos or additional information to verify that the hair meets our return requirements.

Please do not ship a return without receiving return instructions and approval from Finest Extensions.

Once the returned hair is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets all return requirements.

If approved, your eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error made by Finest Extensions or the customer received an incorrect or damaged item.

Please refrain from filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Finest Extensions. A payment dispute does not replace or override our return and refund policy.

We value our customers and appreciate the opportunity to answer your questions, address your concerns, and provide assistance when needed.

Thank you for choosing Finest Extensions!
