Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

We may request photos or additional information to verify that the hair meets our return requirements.

Please do not ship a return without receiving return instructions and approval from Finest Extensions.

Once the returned hair is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets all return requirements. 

If approved, your eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error made by Finest Extensions or the customer received an incorrect or damaged item.

Please refrain from filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Finest Extensions. A payment dispute does not replace or override our return and refund policy.
